Go to /modules and click Forgot password. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support@smartcoretechnology.co.uk.

Once logged in, go to SmartCore Core and navigate to the Employees section. You can add employees individually or import them in bulk. Each gets their own login linked to your company account.

Company details can be updated in account settings within SmartCore Core. For billing email changes or anything that won't update, email support@smartcoretechnology.co.uk.

Pricing depends on the modules you need and the size of your team. Visit our shop to see live pricing — it adjusts automatically based on your company size and selected modules.

Both options are available at checkout. Monthly gives you flexibility; annual is paid upfront for the full year.

Head to /manage-plans to add, remove, or cancel modules. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days and haven't used the Service significantly, contact support@smartcoretechnology.co.uk and we'll look at a pro-rata refund.

Invoices are emailed to your registered billing address after each payment. If you need a copy, email support@smartcoretechnology.co.uk with your account email and we'll resend it.

Yes — SmartCore is on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, and available as an Android APK direct download. You can also add it to your home screen on any device for a full-screen native feel. Visit /download for all options.

Yes — Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout on compatible devices. They'll appear automatically on the payment page if your device and browser support them.

Yes. Each employee you add to SmartCore Core gets their own login. You control what each person can see and do — employees only access what's relevant to their role.
